Tunafish on Toast

   Create your white sauce using the butter, flour, and milk. Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat, whisk in flour to create a roux, then gradually add milk while whisking continuously.

   Build up the white sauce to your desired thickness before slowly adding the sour cream, stirring until well combined.

   Add the entire contents of both tuna cans, including all the liquid. Stir gently to incorporate.

   Season with salt, minced onion, and Mrs. Dash original seasoning to taste.

   Prepare toast and serve the creamy tuna mixture over the toast. Enjoy!
