Brown ground beef with onion.

In a small pan, boil water and add bouillon cubes to make beef broth. Boil until dissolved.

Combine rice, beef broth, and ground beef in a 2-quart baking dish.

Bake at 350°F for 35-45 minutes or until all water is absorbed and rice is tender.

Do not overcook or rice will be dry.
