Sparkling Beef Tips
Tender, flavorful beef tips slow-cooked in a unique sauce made with cream of mushroom soup and 7UP. The soda adds a subtle sweetness and helps tenderize the meat beautifully.

In the bottom of your crockpot, add and mix together the cream of mushroom soup, 7UP (or Sprite), and dry onion soup mix until well combined.

If using a whole roast, cut it into serving-sized pieces, trimming off excess fat. If using precut stew meat, you can skip this step.

Place the meat pieces into the sauce mixture in the crockpot, stirring to coat all pieces evenly.

Cover with the lid and cook on low for 6-8 hours, until the beef is fork-tender and easily shreds.

Serve over rice, noodles, or potatoes. Family favorite is white rice!
