Honey Dinner Rolls
Soft, fluffy dinner rolls with a touch of honey sweetness. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions. Can be made with a bread machine or stand mixer.

**Bread Machine Method:** In a bread machine pan, place the first 8 ingredients in the order listed. Select the dough setting and let the machine complete the cycle.

**Stand Mixer Method:** Combine all ingredients in the mixer bowl. Using a dough hook, knead on medium-low speed for 8-10 minutes until the dough becomes smooth, elastic, and pulls away from the sides of the bowl.

When the dough cycle is complete, turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface. Punch down, cover, and let rest for 10 minutes.

Divide the dough into 24 equal pieces and shape each into a ball.

Place the shaped rolls in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 35-40 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350°F. Brush the tops of the risen rolls with the beaten egg white.
